WORK SCHEDULE: The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m.; however, as an FLSA exempt position, additional/varied hours are routine and maybe required, including the potential for occasional calls after hours to consult on ADA-related issues.
This position is exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). FLSA overtime exempt employees are paid on a salary basis and are not eligible for overtime pay or compensatory time accrual. All FLSA exempt employees are expected to work the hours necessary to satisfactorily perform their jobs.
WORK LOCATION: Work will primarily be performed on-site with limited potential for remote work. The position maybe assigned to work at any of the correctional facilities, including King County Courthouse. Travel to DAJD sites across King County may be required.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: The person selected for this position maybe required to complete a thorough background investigation process, including fingerprinting, criminal history check, and reference checks.
