Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Management

  • Plan, create, and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and YouTube.
  • Develop campaign strategies aligned with marketing objectives and target audiences.
  • Set campaign budgets and monitor spending to ensure efficient utilization.

2. Performance Optimization

  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize ads to improve conversion rates, engagement, and ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copies.
  • Adjust bidding strategies and targeting to improve campaign outcomes.

3. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.

4. Audience Targeting & Strategy

  • Research and identify target audiences and customer segments.
  • Implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor campaigns to identify opportunities.

5. Collaboration

  • Work closely with the content, design, and social media teams to create engaging ad creatives.
  • Coordinate with marketing leadership to align campaigns with overall brand strategy.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Studies, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing.
  • Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month
