Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Management
- Plan, create, and manage digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and YouTube.
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with marketing objectives and target audiences.
- Set campaign budgets and monitor spending to ensure efficient utilization.
2. Performance Optimization
- Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize ads to improve conversion rates, engagement, and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad copies.
- Adjust bidding strategies and targeting to improve campaign outcomes.
3. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness.
4. Audience Targeting & Strategy
- Research and identify target audiences and customer segments.
- Implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor campaigns to identify opportunities.
5. Collaboration
- Work closely with the content, design, and social media teams to create engaging ad creatives.
- Coordinate with marketing leadership to align campaigns with overall brand strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Studies, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing.
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics tools.
