Additive Manufacturing Engıneer

PROTA Technology Manufacturing Center is a unique rapid prototyping and advanced manufacturing facility in Türkiye's private sector, with only a few examples in the world. In this position, you will directly report to the PROTA Leader.

Job Description:

Our company is looking for a skilled and high potential engineer with a background in additive manufacturing who will be responsible for high-end industrial 3D printing processes. If you are interested in developing PROTA’s expertise and resources on prototype manufacturing, to provide better and more valuable services to its clients or stakeholders, this job opportunity may be suitable for you.

· Programming, operating, and maintaining the industrial additive manufacturing machines following the machine manufacturers’ instructions and quality standards

· Understanding customers’ part/prototype design and the necessities and provide consultancy on design and manufacturing from engineering perspective when necessary

· Planning and executing manufacturing processes on industrial additive machines fulfilling time and quality requirements and following facility HSE guidelines

· Continuously optimizing production processes and improving efficiency of prototyping to achieve best in class production cost

· Developing tool/fixture for better productivity and quality

· Ensuring your additive manufacturing machinery and related tooling are maintained properly

Requirements:

· Minimum Bachelor's degree in design/manufacturing-related Engineering programs or non-engineering programs with a solid background in related fields

· Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in industrial additive manufacturing applications and CAD software (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, etc.)

· Having a solid interest and career goal in industrial additive manufacturing area

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

· Knowledge or research capacity regarding the by-products and consumables of operated machines

· Proficient in English

· Team player with strong communication skills and high regard of responsibility
