ADE (Account Development Executive)

ADE (Account Development Executive) - Riyadh, KSA - Full time


Job Description:

•Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted areas (typically within urban centers and surrounding areas)

•Present and pitch the program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate interest to apply

•Qualify the prospective businesses and guide through application, vetting, onboarding process

•Track lead activity and manage pipeline

•Partner with Account Mangers and other team members to support newly recruited businesses on launch day and as needed

•Other duties as assigned related to the recruitment and retention of businesses * Track all activities and outcomes

•Relationship management with acquired Stores

•Ability to understand Metrics and work against goals * Drive engagement with Stores

•Daily/Weekly/Monthly Scouting updates

•Flexible Working (Week offs could be any days of the week, not mandated at Sat and Sun)

•Follow up with partners & track their performance.

•Understand operational metrics and work with partners toward achieving their targets.

Good to Have Qualifications:

•Experience in Field sales 2 to 5 years.

•Exceptional customer service and communication skills

•Team 1st can do attitude a must

•Prior experience in a role that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus

•Professionalism, enthusiasm to work with others, and high sense of urgency

•Attention to Detail and ability to solve problems for applicants in the field

•Tech Savvy (Experience working with multiple systems and technology)

•Ability to be in market up to 9 hours daily

• Malayalam, English and Urdu language a plus
