Administrative Assistant – Real Estate

Location: Al Wasl, Dubai

La Riviera Real Estate is a dynamic real estate agency based in Dubai. We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant in the real estate sector to support our growing team.


🔹 Main Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist clients at the office.
  • Coordinate with real estate agents regarding forms, contracts, and administrative documents (Contracts A, B, F).
  • Manage and update property listings on real estate portals (Bayut, Property Finder, etc.).
  • Generate and track permit numbers for properties.
  • Handle emails and correspondence with clients and partners.
  • Provide general administrative support related to real estate.
  • Prepare and maintain reports and basic documents (Word, Excel).
  • Use Zoho to create and manage client invoices.
  • Handle administrative tasks with government departments, collect cheques, and complete other administrative formalities during working hours, accompanied by a private driver for all required travel .
  • Perform other real estate administrative tasks as needed.


🔹 Requirements

  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant in the real estate sector in Dubai.
  • Good knowledge of local real estate procedures and portals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Zoho.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
