Adjunct instructors for summer courses in the Mary Ann Remick Leadership Program are a critical support for program and course delivery throughout the summer session. Summer courses are four week, three-credit classes delivered in-person on campus at the University of Notre Dame. These courses are designed to provide Remick Leaders with coherent, authentic, and sustained opportunities to synthesize and apply critical leadership knowledge and skills under the supervision of knowledgeable, expert practitioners.
We are looking for an adjunct to serve on the instructional team of the
Instructional Leadership II: Building a Data-Informed Professional Learning Community
course. This is a 3-credit course. In this role, the instructor would work with our second-year cohort of students to support their learning through lesson planning, instruction, and assessment feedback and support. Adjunct instructors for the summer session play a direct role in content delivery, and they also participate in ongoing course decisions about content and assessment design. Furthermore, adjunct instructors are members of the broader Remick team, serving as models of our root beliefs and values, and providing pastoral and professional support to Remick Leaders.
