Associate’s degree (or higher) in a healthcare field from a regionally accredited college or university.
Demonstrated significant clinical experience in the healthcare field.
Ability to utilize a variety of teaching methodologies, including online strategies.
Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse population and as a member of a team.

Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Leadership, or health career discipline from a regionally accredited college or university.
Current credential in healthcare field (such as in Phlebotomy Technician, Pharmacy Technician, EKG Technician, Nurse Aide, CMA/RMA, RN, MIBC)
Teaching experience at the college or community college level.
Demonstrated experience with high school students.
Course management system (Desire2Learn, Canvas, Blackboard, Angel, etc.) experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including email, electronic calendars, presentation software, etc.
