Admin 1 - Data Entry Customer Service

Summary of Position

The Admin 1 is responsible for accurately entering program-related data from various source documents into computer systems. This role supports project operations by maintaining data integrity, producing reports, and assisting with inquiries. The role also supports the New Hire Inbound Call Center for several states and assists callers in navigating their company accounts.

Essential Job Requirements

  • Enters data from various source documents into designated computer programs.
  • Generates and maintains data reports, notifying management of inconsistencies or issues.
  • Performs database queries to support analysis and reporting.
  • Interprets, selects, or codes items from a variety of document sources.
  • Conducts audits of own work and/or others to ensure compliance with procedures.
  • Supports special projects and provides consistent updates to management.
  • Participates in task-oriented groups to represent the department and resolve issues.
  • Answers incoming calls from consumers, including the general public, prospective enrollees, and representatives
  • Tracks and documents all inquiries using applicable systems
  • Facilitates fulfillment of caller requests via mail, email, or download
  • Escalate calls or issues to designated staff when necessary.
  • Facilitate translation services for non-English speaking callers.
  • Regular and timely attendance
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education

High School Diploma or GED required

Required Experience

2 or more years of related experience preferred

Work Arrangement

This will be a telework position.
