Location : Sabah Ai Salem ( kuwait )

Schedule : Full Time

Position Type: Management

Admin – Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Office Administration

  • Manage daily office operations (emails, phone calls, scheduling).
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure a clean work environment.
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and calendars for managers or departments.

2. Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Prepare, edit, and manage official documents, letters, memos, and reports.
  • Maintain employee files, company records, and confidential data.
  • Handle data entry and ensure accuracy in records (Excel, Word, CRM systems, etc.).

3. Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a link between management, staff, and clients.
  • Communicate company policies, updates, and announcements to employees.
  • Coordinate with departments like HR, Accounts, Sales, etc., to ensure smooth workflow.

4. HR Support (if required)

  • Assist in recruitment processes (job posting, arranging interviews).
  • Maintain leave records, attendance sheets, and employee documentation.
  • Support onboarding of new staff (ID cards, system access, orientation).

5. Financial & Office Support Tasks

  • Handle petty cash, invoices, bills, and basic accounting entries.
  • Assist in preparing reports, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.
  • Support procurement of office supplies, vendor communication, and price negotiation.

6. Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure company policies are followed by staff.
  • Keep records for audits, legal documents, employee contracts.
  • Maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.

7. Customer & Front Desk Handling (if required)

  • Attend visitors, answer calls, and respond to client inquiries.
  • Schedule meetings with clients or external stakeholders.
  • Maintain front desk professionalism and hospitality

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Must be able to read Arabic (writing/speaking is a plus).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Receptionist tasks ..
  • Time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of HR or accounting is an advantage.

EXPERIENCE: IN KUWAIT

Facilities Admin :2 years ( perferred )

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD270.000 - KD300.000 per month
