Application Coordinator

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all activities related to the implementation, maintenance, and support of business and clinical applications within the organization. Ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end application implementation, upgrades, and integrations.
• Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and end-users for smooth project execution.
• Gather and document user requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and training to end-users.
• Maintain documentation, configuration records, and change logs.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and system security.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in application project coordination or management.
• Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycles.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
