Job Title: Construction Project Manager (C.P.M.)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with 20 years in the construction industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and coordinating various aspects of construction projects, ensuring smooth execution from planning to completion. This position requires close collaboration with project teams, stakeholders, and subcontractors to deliver projects that meet quality, budget, and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Allocate materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently while ensuring timely procurement and cost-effective contracts.
2. Enforce quality standards, resolve issues promptly, and address design concerns with subcontractors and consultants.
3. Manage client expectations, foster stakeholder communication, and attend project meetings.
4. Develop and monitor schedules, address delays, and implement necessary adjustments.
5. Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and oversee construction progress to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
6. Track budgets, manage supplier payments, and apply cost-saving measures to maintain financial control.
7. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, coordinate with HSE teams, and mitigate risks effectively.
8. Mentor engineers, deliver training, and maintain project documentation while preparing progress reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 20 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Proficiency in project management software and relevant tools.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

• Must have a valid Kuwaiti residency (transferable) and a Kuwaiti driving license.
