Admin

Dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Professional with hands-on UAE experience in office operations, documentation, customer support, and coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders. Well-versed in UAE business practices, compliance requirements, and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities Office Administration

  • Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Handle office supplies, inventories, maintenance requests, and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of meeting rooms and common areas.

Documentation & Record Management

  • Prepare, update, and maintain company documents, forms, letters, and reports.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee and company documents in line with UAE standards.

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as the first point of contact for phone calls, visitors, and emails.
  • Coordinate between departments such as HR, Finance, Sales, and PRO for operational execution.
  • Schedule meetings, arrange appointments, and manage calendars for management teams.

HR & Admin Support (Optional section if you want to add HR duties)

  • Assist HR in Recruitment ,onboarding, issuing offer letters, and conducting orientation.

Financial & Procurement Support

  • Assist in basic accounting tasks such as invoice submission, petty cash handling, and expense tracking.
  • Obtain quotations, prepare purchase requests, and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Skills & Competencies
  • Strong communication skills (English; Arabic is an advantage).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiar with UAE labour law basics and government portals (MOHRE, ICP, DubaiNow).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Professional attitude, confidentiality, and strong work ethics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • 1–3 years UAE experience in administrative roles.
  • Experience in hospitality, corporate, retail, or construction industries is an advantage.
