Dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Professional with hands-on UAE experience in office operations, documentation, customer support, and coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders. Well-versed in UAE business practices, compliance requirements, and organizational standards.
Key Responsibilities Office Administration
- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Handle office supplies, inventories, maintenance requests, and vendor coordination.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of meeting rooms and common areas.
Documentation & Record Management
- Prepare, update, and maintain company documents, forms, letters, and reports.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee and company documents in line with UAE standards.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as the first point of contact for phone calls, visitors, and emails.
- Coordinate between departments such as HR, Finance, Sales, and PRO for operational execution.
- Schedule meetings, arrange appointments, and manage calendars for management teams.
HR & Admin Support (Optional section if you want to add HR duties)
- Assist HR in Recruitment ,onboarding, issuing offer letters, and conducting orientation.
Financial & Procurement Support
- Assist in basic accounting tasks such as invoice submission, petty cash handling, and expense tracking.
- Obtain quotations, prepare purchase requests, and coordinate with suppliers.
- Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills (English; Arabic is an advantage).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiar with UAE labour law basics and government portals (MOHRE, ICP, DubaiNow).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Professional attitude, confidentiality, and strong work ethics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or relevant field.
- 1–3 years UAE experience in administrative roles.
- Experience in hospitality, corporate, retail, or construction industries is an advantage.
