About the Role:
We are looking for an Admin Executive/Administrator with 1–2 years of experience to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day office operations, coordinating with vendors, managing office expenses, maintaining records, and supporting overall administrative tasks. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential. Familiarity with office management tools and effective communication skills are a plus. This role is suited for someone proactive, reliable, and committed to ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services.
  • Manage and track office expenses, bills, and petty cash.
  • Maintain administrative records, documents, and files.
  • Support internal teams with administrative and operational needs.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments for routine office matters.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office operations role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in vendor coordination and expense management.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in basic office tools (MS Office, email, documentation).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs60,000.00 per month
