Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin Officer who can join immediately. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, ensure smooth office operations, and communicate effectively with staff and external parties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative and office support activities
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Maintain records, files, and office documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Prepare reports, letters, and internal documents
  • Support HR and management with administrative tasks
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional attitude and attention to detail
  • Immediate joiner preferred
