he Admin Staff will support day-to-day operations, ensure smooth order processing, coordinate deliveries, maintain product data, and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage and track daily orders from website and social platforms Coordinate with delivery drivers and update delivery statuses Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email Upload and update product details and images on the website Handle and record invoices, purchase orders, and return notes Maintain organized digital and printed files Support flower shop team with operational and admin tasks Generate reports using Excel or Google Sheets Ensure alignment with company policies and SOPs Requirements: 1+ year of experience in an administrative or operations role knowledge of flower industry Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and email tools Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure Familiarity with Shopify or website backend systems is a plus Flexible, fast learner, and reliable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mussafah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
