We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Executive with prior UAE experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage office operations efficiently. Candidates who can communicate in Tagalog or Pashtu will be given preference.


Job description:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office
  • Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping (both physical and digital)
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
  • Manage office supplies and ensure smooth office functioning
  • Assist in preparing reports, emails, and official correspondence
  • Handle phone calls, inquiries, and front desk responsibilities when required
  • Support HR and accounts team with basic administrative tasks
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2-3 years of administrative experience in the UAE
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Language Requirement: Must know Tagalog or Pashtu
  • Professional attitude and presentable personality


Qualification:

  • Experience in handling office coordination in hospitality/tourism industry
  • Familiarity with UAE documentation and procedures
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Salary: To be discussed based on experience
