Act as Admin In-charge and handle all administrative functions of the company

  • Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting records
  • Coordinate logistics, shipments, and commercial documentation
  • Manage Visa documentation, renewals, and related government paperwork
  • Oversee office operations, procurement, and vendor coordination
  • Prepare and maintain commercial invoices and support financial documentation
  • Assist the Managing Director & CEO in operational and administrative tasks
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and logistics partners for smooth operations

Training:

  • Selected candidate will undergo extensive training in India for 1–2 weeks to understand business operations
