Admin & Accounts Assistant (Remote)

Job Summary

We are hiring an Admin & Accounts Assistant to support daily HR operations and basic accounting tasks. This is a remote role suitable ,who are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee records
  • Support payroll inputs and HR documentation
  • Prepare invoices, expense reports, and basic accounting entries
  • Maintain Excel/Google Sheets and reports
  • Coordinate with accounts/payroll teams

Requirements

  • Graduate in HR, Commerce, Finance, or related field
  • 1–2 years experience preferred
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Basic understanding of HR and accounting processes
  • Strong communication and time-management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
