We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin with an accounts/finance background to support our day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of handling administrative and basic accounting tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle general administrative and office coordination activities
  • Maintain records, files, and documentation
  • Support basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry
  • Assist in accounts payable and receivable follow-ups
  • Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams
  • Prepare reports and support management as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative role with accounting exposure
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., Zoho, Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Experience in the GCC region is an advantage
