About the Role
Leaders Training Centre is seeking a proactive, well-organised, and customer-focused Admin / Front Desk Officer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys interacting with people, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to smooth daily operations within a professional training environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome, guide, and assist visitors and learners in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about training programmes, schedules, and services.
- Handle administrative duties including record management, documentation, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, classes, and training sessions using calendar tools.
- Ensure the front desk area remains professional, organised, and welcoming at all times.
- Support internal teams with event coordination and day-to-day operational activities.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative and operational processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory).
- Young, energetic, and professional personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong multitasking and organisational abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling/administrative tools.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or front desk role.
