- Handle reception duties including client greetings, phone calls, and emails.
- Maintain office records, correspondence, and filing systems.
- Manage day-to-day accounts: petty cash, vouchers, bills, receipts, and vendor payments.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and track client/contractor payments.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for office and project needs.
- Support project documentation, agreements, and tender-related work.
- Maintain office supplies, schedules, and assist with HR/admin tasks.
- Prepare monthly expense and cash flow reports for management.
