Admin & Accounts Executive

Kakinada, India

  • Handle reception duties including client greetings, phone calls, and emails.
  • Maintain office records, correspondence, and filing systems.
  • Manage day-to-day accounts: petty cash, vouchers, bills, receipts, and vendor payments.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and track client/contractor payments.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants for office and project needs.
  • Support project documentation, agreements, and tender-related work.
  • Maintain office supplies, schedules, and assist with HR/admin tasks.
  • Prepare monthly expense and cash flow reports for management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma (Preferred)
