Admin & Accounts Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Executive with 3–4 years of experience to manage administrative operations, accounting functions, and vendor tax-related activities. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, accounting knowledge, and experience in handling vendor management and taxation compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administration and operational activities.
  • Handle office correspondence, documentation, filing, and record maintenance.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers.
  • Maintain office inventory, supplies, and facility management.
  • Assist management and HR in day-to-day coordination activities.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and bookkeeping entries.
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, expense statements, and reports.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash records.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
  • Support audit requirements and maintain financial documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Manage vendor registration and tax-related documentation.
  • Verify vendor invoices and ensure applicable tax deductions/compliance.
  • Handle withholding tax (WHT), GST/VAT, and other statutory tax requirements related to vendors.
  • Maintain vendor tax records and coordinate for tax certificates when required.
  • Ensure timely submission of vendor-related tax documentation and compliance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in administration and accounting roles.
  • Knowledge of vendor tax management and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
  • Familiarity with local tax laws and vendor compliance procedures.
  • Professional attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
