About the Company:
Horn Ok Please is a fast-growing logistics and transportation company operating across the UAE. We specialize in linehaul, last-mile deliveries, and warehouse management. We are looking for a reliable and proactive Admin & Accounts Executive to join our team and help streamline our operations and accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounts in Zoho Books (expenses, vendor bills, payments)
- Manage payroll for drivers, helpers, and office staff
- Handle all driver and helper queries regarding schedules, payments, and operations
- Reconcile bank statements and petty cash
- Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, expenses)
- Ensure compliance with VAT and regulatory requirements
- Support general administrative tasks as needed
Candidate Requirements:
- Female with UAE Spouse Visa
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting and admin
- Familiarity with Zoho Books or similar accounting software
- Good communication skills and ability to manage staff queries
- Organized, proactive, and trustworthy
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
