Admin & Accounts Executive (Female – Spouse Visa)

About the Company:
Horn Ok Please is a fast-growing logistics and transportation company operating across the UAE. We specialize in linehaul, last-mile deliveries, and warehouse management. We are looking for a reliable and proactive Admin & Accounts Executive to join our team and help streamline our operations and accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounts in Zoho Books (expenses, vendor bills, payments)
• Manage payroll for drivers, helpers, and office staff
• Handle all driver and helper queries regarding schedules, payments, and operations
• Reconcile bank statements and petty cash
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, expenses)
• Ensure compliance with VAT and regulatory requirements
• Support general administrative tasks as needed

Candidate Requirements:

• Female with UAE Spouse Visa
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting and admin
• Familiarity with Zoho Books or similar accounting software
• Good communication skills and ability to manage staff queries
• Organized, proactive, and trustworthy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
