We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Accounts Officer to manage administrative and accounting functions while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced luxury environment and contribute to the smooth operation of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial record keeping.
  • Liaise with free zone authorities and government portals, particularly Dubai World Central (DWC), for company-related activities.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, providing all necessary documents, reports, and explanations to ensure smooth and timely audits.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and statements for management review.
  • Handle import/export documentation, including customs clearance, shipping logistics, and compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Maintain accurate office records, inventories, and databases.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and UAE regulatory requirements.
  • Manage HR administration, including employee records, contracts, payroll processing, and visa processing for employees.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts, administration, or related roles; experience in luxury retail is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE free zone procedures, including DWC portal operations.
  • Familiarity with import/export documentation, customs, and shipping logistics.
  • Experience coordinating with auditors and supporting auditing processes.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Immediate availability preferred.

  • Duty Timings: Monday to Friday: 9:30 – 6:30
  • Saturday half day work (work from home) from 10:00 am to 1:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
