UK Based company - Offices based in Al Furjan Dubai - No Visa provided

Working hours 8am - 6pm UK times Monday - Friday

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Accounts and Finance Officer to join our team in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in financial management and accounting, with a strong understanding of the uk financial regulations and tax laws. This role requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and a proactive approach to financial management

Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation of transactions.

Invoice Raising: Prepare and issue invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner.
Liasise with and deal with all admin takes relating to parents, organisations, company employees and suppliers via telpehone, teams and email.

Budget Calculation: Calculate and manage budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and financial control.

Receivables & Payables Handling: Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely collection of dues and payments to vendors.

Calculations of Project Expense: Monitor and calculate project expenses, ensuring all costs are accounted for and within budget. Invoice Handling (Client): Manage client invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

Accounting:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Weekly budget meetings with company director and quarterly P and L meetings.

Xero:

Utilize Xero for accounting and financial reporting, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Daily Expense Management: Monitor and manage daily expenses, ensuring accurate recording and adherence to budgets.

Corporate Tax:

Manage corporate tax filings and ensure compliance with UK tax laws. Providing relevant information to our UK accountant.

Contracts Handling:

Oversee financial aspects of contracts, ensuring compliance and financial accuracy. Monthly Report Preparing:

Prepare monthly financial reports, providing insights and analysis into financial performance.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with other departments to understand their financial needs and support their financial planning processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus. Proficiency in Xero and other accounting software.

Strong understanding of UK financial regulations and tax laws. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
