Job Title: Admin & Accounts Officer (Males Only)
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin & Accounts Officer to manage daily administrative operations and financial activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning while maintaining accurate financial records and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions
- Maintain records, documentation, and organized filing systems
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility coordination
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Maintain financial records, invoices, and expense reports
- Process payments, receipts, and perform bank reconciliations
- Assist in preparing financial statements and periodic reports
- Monitor budgets and track company expenditures
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and procedures
- Support HR-related administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience in administration and accounting
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Office
