Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin & Accounts Officer to manage daily administrative operations and financial activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning while maintaining accurate financial records and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions
  • Maintain records, documentation, and organized filing systems
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and facility coordination
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Maintain financial records, invoices, and expense reports
  • Process payments, receipts, and perform bank reconciliations
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and periodic reports
  • Monitor budgets and track company expenditures
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and procedures
  • Support HR-related administrative tasks as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of previous experience in administration and accounting
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office
