Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant provides support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of tasks, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and assisting team members with various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management: Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.

Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence; act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Data Entry: Input and update data in databases and spreadsheets as needed.

Support Tasks: Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.

Supplies Management: Monitor and order office supplies as necessary.

Event Coordination: Help plan and organize company events or meetings.

Customer Service: Provide excellent service to clients and visitors.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
