Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant / Data Entry Specialist to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders, managing data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and spreadsheets.
- Verify the accuracy of information and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare reports and maintain organized records and documentation.
- Monitor order status and coordinate with relevant departments when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Perform other eCommerce administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in data entry, eCommerce, or administrative support.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or order management systems.
- Familiarity with online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms.
- Basic reporting and spreadsheet analysis skills.
