Office Admin

  • CAPITAL POWER ( RYIDAH)
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory records.
  • Monitor and maintain printer operations, including paper stock, toner levels, and coordination of printer maintenance.
  • Maintain company vehicle records, including registrations, insurance, maintenance schedules, repairs, and fuel records.
  • Coordinate vehicle servicing and ensure timely maintenance of company cars.
  • Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks, including invoice tracking, payment follow-ups, expense records, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for office-related requirements.
  • Prepare reports and maintain administrative records.
  • Support management with general office administration and coordination tasks.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Good knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
