Job Title: Administrative Staff (Male)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Staff member to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth administrative processes, handling office tasks efficiently, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle front desk responsibilities, including receiving visitors and responding to inquiries
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails appropriately
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and staff schedules
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when required
- Assist in preparing reports, documents, and correspondence
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Perform basic IT or system-related support tasks when needed
- Handle outdoor tasks such as bank visits, document submissions, and vendor coordination
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative procedures
Preferred:
- Prior experience in an administrative role
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
