- Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory records.
- Monitor and maintain printer operations, including paper stock, toner levels, and coordination of printer maintenance.
- Maintain company vehicle records, including registrations, insurance, maintenance schedules, repairs, and fuel records.
- Coordinate vehicle servicing and ensure timely maintenance of company cars.
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks, including invoice tracking, payment follow-ups, expense records, and data entry.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for office-related requirements.
- Prepare reports and maintain administrative records.
- Support management with general office administration and coordination tasks.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
- Good knowledge of basic accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
