Office Coordinator (female)

We are seeking a versatile, proactive, and organized Office Assistant to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis at our office in the I-10/3 Industrial Area, Islamabad. This role is the backbone of our daily operations, perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves wearing multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Support: Assist with basic recruitment (scheduling interviews, posting ads), managing employee attendance/records, onboarding new team members, and maintaining a positive office culture.
• Accounts & Administration: Handle day-to-day petty cash, track office expenses, assist with invoicing, coordinate with our accountant, and manage general office supplies and utilities.
• Client Coordination: Act as the first point of contact for clients via phone and email. Schedule consultations, share project updates, and ensure a smooth, professional communication flow.
• Business Development Support: Assist the management team in preparing project proposals, following up on leads, managing social media inquiries, and organizing marketing materials.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, HR, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, office assistant, or coordinator role (experience in a small business or design firm is a plus).
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Urdu) with a professional demeanor.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic familiarity with social media platforms or basic accounting tools.
• Attributes: Strong multitasking abilities, highly organized, detail-oriented, and a problem-solving mindset.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
