Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Coordinator to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will help maintain an efficient workplace by handling administrative tasks and coordinating office activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and emails
  • Schedule meetings and appointments
  • Maintain office records and files
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Welcome visitors and provide assistance
  • Support staff with administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
