An Administrative Officer (Admin Officer) is responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient daily operations of an office. They oversee everything from facilities management .

Core Duties & Responsibilities

  • Overseeing daily facility operations, ensuring safe work environments, and scheduling meetings.
  • Maintaining stock levels of office supplies.
  • Organizing physical and digital filing systems and handling confidential records securely. Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • Typically 1 to 3+ years in a secretarial, clerical, or administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, communication, and basic bookkeeping.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
