Job Description:
The Hunar Foundation (THF) invites applications for the position of Admin & Accounts Officer for its institute in Rawat, Islamabad. The incumbent will be responsible for managing administrative and financial operations while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
The role includes:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including facilities, assets, and logistics management
- Ensure implementation of safety, security, and maintenance protocols at the institute
- Coordinate local procurement activities in line with organizational policies
- Manage daily financial transactions, including petty cash handling
- Process payments, fees & invoices, in a timely manner
- Assist in preparation and submission of monthly financial reports
- Support audits and ensure compliance with financial policies
- Coordinate with Central Administration and Finance teams for reporting and fund management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administration and/or accounts
- Basic understanding of financial processes, reporting, and record-keeping
- Familiarity with procurement and administrative operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Good communication and organizational skills
