Job Title: Admin and Front Office role

Location: Kathrikkadavu, Kaloor
We are seeking a highly organized Admin and Front Office professional to provide administrative support and ensure a warm welcome to our visitors.the first point of contact for a business (greeting visitors, answering phones) and administration managing back-office tasks like filing, scheduling, and office supply management
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and handle visitor queries
- Coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a tidy workspace
- Assist with data entry and other admin tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in admin or front office roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
