- Key Responsibilities
- 1- Lead Management & Client Coordination
- Receive and respond to leads generated via website, social media, email, WhatsApp, and referrals
- 2- Proposal & Quotation Management
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and engagement letters using approved templates
- Customize proposals based on client needs, free zone requirements, and service scope
- Ensure proposals are shared within defined turnaround times
- Maintain proper version control and approval before sharing with clients
- 3- Marketing Team Coordination
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan:
- Campaigns
- Service promotions
- Seasonal offers
- Social media content ideas based on client inquiries
- Share market feedback and lead insights with the marketing team
- Support execution of marketing activities and track incoming leads from campaigns
- Follow-Ups & Conversion Tracking
- Perform systematic follow-ups with prospects on shared proposals
- Track proposal status: sent, under discussion, approved, or lost
- Coordinate with accounts/admin team for invoicing once a deal is confirmed
- Support onboarding of new clients by coordinating documentation requirements
- CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of:
- Leads
- Proposals
- Client communications
- Conversion status
- Update CRM or lead trackers regularly
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on leads, conversions, and pending follow-ups
- Acknowledge client inquiries promptly and ensure professional communication
- Qualify leads and understand client requirements (audit, tax, VAT, business setup, liquidation, etc.)
- Coordinate internally with partners/managers for technical inputs where required
