Office Administration

  • Oversee daily office operations
  • Handle front office coordination including visitor management, reception
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and safety protocols
  • Coordinate with finance for timely bill submission and record-keeping
  • Event/Logistics Coordination
  • Support in organizing internal events, trainings, and meetings
  • Manage logistics for internal movements and visits by clients/VIPs

Marketing Support

  • Ensure coordination among the team for data collation and flow of information's
  • Support in collections, BG's
  • Maintain updated stock of sales kits, brochures, samples, and other client-facing materials
  • Ensure all marketing records, photos, invoices, and creatives are properly archived
  • Coordinate internal communications
  • Support content teams by facilitating reviews and approvals
