Admin and Operation Officer

Position: Admin and Operation Officer
Location: johar town Lahore
Job Type: Full-time

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Admin and Operation Officer to support day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the production unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth business operations, maintaining records, and coordinating between different departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and correspondence.
  • Assist in coordinating and overseeing operational activities, including production schedules, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Act as a liaison between the production team, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies and maintain relationships with external vendors.
  • Manage staff attendance, leave records, and ensure payroll documentation is up-to-date.
  • Monitor the implementation of safety and security protocols within the facility.
  • Assist with organizing staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
  • Handle documentation related to compliance, permits, and certifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or operations role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities efficiently.
