Handle procurement activities by sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, preparing comparative statements, and ensuring timely and cost-effective purchases.

Negotiate with vendors to secure the best pricing, quality, and delivery timelines while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Maintain and update records of office assets, equipment, and inventories to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Process purchase requests, prepare purchase orders, and verify delivery of goods and services as per company standards.

Monitor and control office and procurement budgets while ensuring cost-efficiency and transparency.

Ensure all administrative and procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant legal or regulatory requirements.

Maintain effective communication and coordination between departments to support organizational goals and operational needs.

Manage Office reporting including Fleet and other reports assigned by Line Manager

Any other tasks assigned from Line Manager
