Job Purpose


The Admin Health And Safety is responsible for supporting safety, security, facilities, and daily operational services to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.


Key Responsibilities

Safety, Security & Access Control


  • Supervise visitor registration and access in line with approved security protocols.
  • Maintain visitor logs and coordinate with security staff to monitor visitor movement.
  • Assist visitors and respond to their inquiries professionally.
  • Monitor the implementation of safety and security procedures across company facilities.
  • Conduct regular field inspections to ensure site safety, facility readiness, and identify observations.
  • Conduct fire safety inspections and ensure emergency equipment readiness.
  • Support fire drills and emergency preparedness activities.
  • Follow up on maintenance requests and preventive maintenance checks.
  • Ensure offices, meeting rooms, and common areas are ready and safe.
  • Monitor hospitality, housekeeping, and operational support services.
  • Coordinate with vendors on service quality, contracts, and payments.
  • Support new joiner logistics, including workstations and access.
  • Follow up on licenses, renewals, and regulatory requirements.
  • Document incidents, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.



Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Occupational Safety, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in Security Management, Occupational Safety, or Facilities Management is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in safety, security, facilities management, or a related operational role.
  • Experience in maintenance follow-up, operational services, vendor coordination, and hospitality supervision is an advantage.
