Apt Resources is currently seeking an Admin Assistant specialized in Building Maintenance / Facility Management to support our client's operations team in Al Ain, UAE. This role is essential for ensuring that all administrative aspects of our facility management processes run smoothly and efficiently.
As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance requests, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining records related to facility operations. Your tasks will include scheduling preventive maintenance, assisting with inventory management of supplies, and supporting communication between departments.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. If you are eager to contribute to a dynamic team and play a key role in maintaining our facilities, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in building maintenance or facility management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Familiarity with maintenance management software is a plus
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
  • Must be readily available in UAE
  • Immediate joiner preferred.
  • A Sinhala speaker is an added advantage.
Benefits:
Salary: AED 3000 plus sharing accommodation, food, and other benefits as per UAE Labor Law.
