Admin Assistant

Giza, Egypt

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling office tasks, supporting team members, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, memos, and presentations.
  • Assist with the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Handle requests for information and data entry tasks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts.
  • Maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Perform general office duties as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (required).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with office equipment.
