Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure timely procurement.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Support HR and finance teams with basic clerical duties when needed.
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical records with confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Coordinator.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
