Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle basic accounting entries, invoicing, and petty cash management.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
  • Manage front desk and reception duties, including handling calls, visitors, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
  • Support management in day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors when required.
  • Prepare and maintain daily reports, attendance records, and office supplies inventory.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1–2years of experience in accounts or administrative roles (Freshers can also apply)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic accounting software.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates on dependent visa is Mandatory..

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
