Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations. The role includes managing documentation, coordinating meetings, handling communication, and assisting various departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office correspondence (emails, letters, memos, phone calls).
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and prepare meeting minutes.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and basic data entry.
- Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
- Support HR and Accounts departments in routine administrative tasks.
- Greet visitors and provide necessary assistance.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing tasks.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate (depending on company policy).
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle work under pressure.
- Professional attitude and attention to detail.
