Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations. The role includes managing documentation, coordinating meetings, handling communication, and assisting various departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office correspondence (emails, letters, memos, phone calls).
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documents.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and basic data entry.
  • Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
  • Support HR and Accounts departments in routine administrative tasks.
  • Greet visitors and provide necessary assistance.
  • Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing tasks.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate (depending on company policy).
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle work under pressure.
  • Professional attitude and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
