Job Purpose
The Admin Executive is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support, maintaining accurate records, and handling office documentation efficiently, with strong computer and typing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle office documentation, data entry, and filing (physical and digital).
- Perform accurate and fast typing for letters, reports, emails, and records.
- Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and administrative registers.
- Manage correspondence, emails, and internal communication.
- Support HR, finance, and operations teams with administrative tasks.
- Handle office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and prepare basic reports.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of administrative information.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Excellent computer knowledge and typing speed
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic office software
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Organizational and time-management skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative role (freshers may apply)
- Typing speed of [XX] WPM with high accuracy preferred
