Zapegg Tax Consultant is looking for a reliable and organized Admin Assistant to support daily office operations at our Dubai office. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, accurate documentation, and effective coordination across departments.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office team.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating appointments.
  • Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks as required.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure proper stock levels.
