Admin Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the company.
  • Maintain and organize documents, reports, and company files.
  • Coordinate with internal teams.
  • Assist in preparing reports and data entry tasks.
  • Handle travel arrangements, office supplies, and inventory management.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
